Sometimes we get enough space to actually go and rescue an Animal from the Animal Control in Huntsville. They have a very nice staff there and let us have just about every animal we want.
When we picked up one of our former dogs (which got put to the City Shelter instead brought back to us), a nice Animal Control Officer showed us AnnaBell a young great pyrenees.
Her original owner, an older Lady gave her up, because she got to big for her to handle. Now AnnaBell is only about 8 months old but already has a nice size. She does love people.
She also does not have that massive puffy hair like most pyrenees have, but a shorter silkier coat. Much more easy to brush out and wash.
My experience with her is, that she is not hard to handle at all, but she is a great pyrenees and that stands for big dog :)
